God's Favorites

There are certain things in nature that make me feel as though God put a little extra love into creating them.

The delicate details that move us, the vast landscapes that make us feel small, the colors that somehow carry the feeling of an entire season. Nature has a way of touching something in us without asking for anything in return.

God’s Favorites is a collection of those moments. Works inspired by the parts of nature that feel especially intentional, majestic or simply beautiful. The things that can make us pause, breathe, and feel something just by being.

Perhaps that is where some of nature’s peace comes from. Nothing is trying to become something else. A flower simply blooms. A mountain simply stands. The seasons simply change. Nothing is performing, nothing is proving, nothing is pretending.
